The Deal
The acclaimed political drama outlining the 'marriage' between Tony Blair and Gordon Brown, culminating in the famous Granita restaurant meeting. Frears returned to TV to direct David Morrissey and Michael Sheen in this compelling film, which was broadcast on Channel 4 the night delegates arrived at the 2003 Labour Party conference.
